To place an order on our website, you must be at least eighteen years of age. By submitting an order, you are offering to contract with BHESS, and these terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between BHESS (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) and our customers (“You”). Please note that any other terms and conditions that you may have included in your order will be expressly excluded and have no effect.

PRICES 

All prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice and are exclusive to the BHESS website. Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted. The tool provided on our website will help you determine whether delivery costs apply to your order.

All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes and will be charged in local currency.

PAYMENT METHODS We accept payment by: 

If you choose to pay using a card with a foreign currency denominated account, the charges will be processed in local currency at the conversion rate applied by BHESS at the time of processing your order.

FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect both you and BHESS from fraudulent transactions, BHESS may provide your transaction-related information to third parties for verification purposes.

By placing an order, you authorize BHESS to transmit or obtain information about you from third parties, including your debit or credit card number, billing address, telephone number, and other information deemed necessary to authenticate your identity, validate your credit or debit card, and authorize transactions.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders submitted through the BHESS website are subject to our acceptance. BHESS is entitled to cancel or terminate any order for any reason, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

• Failed customer validation checks or inability to obtain authorization for your payment
• Products ordered are out of stock
• Pricing or product description error
• System failure

PRODUCT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
All details, specifications, prices, and credit terms are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications, and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services to assist your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colors and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those in our stores. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated.

Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock available may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order but after we have processed the payment, we shall notify you as soon as possible. The product may be subject to being a display item or out of original packaging.

If the product is out of stock, BHESS will allow a refund of payment or you may choose a different product for the same price, subject to availability.

DELIVERY POLICY
Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery. If your order is not eligible for delivery, BHESS shall notify you as soon as possible, and you must pick up the order at one of our stores.

Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.

Return Policy:
At BHESS, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience with us. We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of your purchase date. If you encounter any issues or simply change your mind, you can return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt, along with all applicable accessories and components. Please note that consumables and some opened products are non-returnable. We reserve the right to inspect the products to validate the return.

Please note that our policy may be complemented by local laws, which provide you with additional rights.

Documents:
To ensure your convenience, we provide an electronic receipt and tax invoice as proof of purchase. If you need a hard copy, we can mail or deliver the documents upon request.

Installations:
At BHESS, we take pride in our products and services. However, we are not responsible for any carpentry, masonry, electrical, or plumbing work associated with installation. Any costs related to such work will have to be paid by the customer if required.

Extended Warranty:
Our extended warranty contract is only valid if the product is purchased new from us and has an initial warranty from BHESS. 

Prohibited Content:
We reserve the right to reject, edit, or refuse to post any content, comments, or reviews, and to remove any content from the website. This includes content that is expressly prohibited by our Terms and Conditions. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Errors and Omissions:
While we make every effort to ensure that our catalogues, sales literature, price lists, dispatch notes, invoices, and other documents and information are accurate, errors and omissions may occur from time to time. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on our website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of products.
